Admission Offerings

Offerings connect an admission program (plan) to a center, optional batch, and fee — so one program can cost different amounts at different locations without duplicating plan names.

When to use offerings

Opening the page

1. Open Students → Offerings.
2. Or go to /admission-plan-offerings.
3. From Admission Plans, use Offerings on a row — opens filtered by ?plan_id=.

Key workflows

• Add offering — pick program, center, optional batch, fee, discount, capacity, visibility
• Edit inline — update fee or status on the grid
• Bulk fee — select rows and apply a fee to many offerings at once (center-wise mode)
• Filter by program — use the plan filter or URL ?plan_id=

The public admission form shows the fee that matches the visitor’s center and batch selection when center-wise pricing is enabled.

Do I need a separate plan per center?

No. Create one program per course, then add one offering per center (and batch if needed).

Why doesn’t the public form show my fee?

Confirm Publish on the form builder, Active offerings, and that Center-wise pricing matches how you configured fees.
